Blind Tasting

A multisensory experience that, in the subtle balance between secrecy and revelation, awakens intuition and distant olfactory memories.

This experience was created with the playful aim of sharpening the senses in the discovery of our wines.

You will be welcomed inside our Wine Shop with a glass of Roeno Trento DOC Extra Brut, while we share the story of our winery, our family, and our land.

After visiting the historic pre-phylloxera Enantio vineyard and the barrel room, we will return to the Wine Shop, where the tasting room will be transformed for the occasion into a small olfactory laboratory, filled with a mysterious atmosphere. On the table you will find black glasses, tasting sheets, and balloons brimming with juicy, fragrant fruit. We will serve three of our wines from bottles wrapped in an elegant black mantle. As you taste the wines, you will search in the fruit-filled balloons for echoes and hints, forming your own hypotheses. After a moment of sharing the different impressions, we will reveal the identity of the wines that until then had remained hidden, sometimes provoking genuine surprise.

The tasting will be accompanied by a sample of our own extra virgin olive oil and a selection of local baked specialties: fragrant slices of artisanal bread, classic Valdadige breadsticks from Panificio Zorzi, and savory homemade crostini.
