An authentic experience that carries the scent of home.

This experience was created with the aim of fully immersing you in our world and is therefore designed for those who wish to give — or treat themselves to — a moment of peace and pleasure.

You will be welcomed inside our Wine Shop with a glass of Roeno Trento DOC Extra Brut, while we share the story of our winery, our family, and our land.

After check-in, we will begin the guided visit by first heading to the historic pre-phylloxera Enantio vineyard, walking among the rows of these evocative century-old vines, and then continuing to our barrel room.

Inside the elegant tasting room of the Wine Shop, overlooking the inner garden of our Locanda, we will discover the four wine projects that are closest to our hearts, through the tasting “Le Firme”:

Pinot Grigio Rìvoli, an elevation of the grape variety to its highest level of expression,

Riesling Renano Collezione di Famiglia, our personal interpretation of one of the noblest white grape varieties in the world’s ampelography, produced in limited quantities and only in vintages considered suitable,

Enantio Riserva 1865 Pre-Phylloxera, born from one of the rarest native grape varieties in the world,

Cristina Vendemmia Tardiva, our sweet wine with remarkable drinkability, without excessive sweetness.

The tasting will be accompanied by a sample of our own extra virgin olive oil and a selection of local baked specialties: fragrant slices of artisanal bread, classic Valdadige breadsticks from Panificio Zorzi, and savory homemade crostini.

In the evening, the magic will continue in our Locanda, where you will choose three dishes from our menu and we will suggest three wines to create the perfect pairing.

You will spend the night in one of our rooms, surrounded by the quiet of nature. In the morning, you will find a table set with some of our finest delicacies for a delightful breakfast before we bid you farewell.
