An experience in which every glass tells a story of foresight and dedication, guided by an unwavering and passionate pursuit.

This experience was created with the aim of bringing you closer to our finest wines — true oenological gems, labels to which we are deeply connected through a long history of passion and experimentation.

You will be welcomed inside our Wine Shop with a glass of Roeno Trento DOC Extra Brut, while we share the story of our winery, our family, and our land.

We will then continue with a visit to the historic pre-phylloxera Enantio vineyard, before returning to the cellar to step into the enchanting barrel room, where the wine matures in the silence of French oak.

Inside the elegant tasting room of the Wine Shop, overlooking the inner garden of our Locanda, we will discover the four wine projects that are closest to our hearts:

- Pinot Grigio Rìvoli, an elevation of the grape variety to its highest level of expression,

- Riesling Renano Collezione di Famiglia, our personal interpretation of one of the noblest white grape varieties in the world’s ampelography, produced in limited quantities and only in vintages considered suitable,

- Enantio Riserva 1865 Pre-Phylloxera, born from one of the rarest native grape varieties in the world,

- Cristina Vendemmia Tardiva, our sweet wine with remarkable drinkability, without excessive sweetness.

The tasting will be accompanied by a sample of our own extra virgin olive oil and a selection of local baked specialties: fragrant slices of artisanal bread, classic Valdadige breadsticks from Panificio Zorzi, and savory homemade crostini.
