An experience that highlights the masterful interplay between tradition and innovation, in a refined balance between heritage and vision.

This experience was created with the aim of introducing our territory, the Terra dei Forti, a narrow strip of land that stretches along the course of the Adige River, dotted with fortifications that once guarded the border — today between Trentino and Veneto, in the past between the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Kingdom of Italy — bounded to the north by the Castle of Sabbionara d’Avio and to the south by the Fort of Rivoli Veronese.

You will be welcomed inside our Wine Shop with a glass of Roeno Trento DOC Extra Brut, while we share the story of our winery, our family, and our land.

We will then continue with a visit to the beating heart of this territory: the historic pre-phylloxera Enantio vineyard, a small treasure chest of agricultural memory where time seems to have stood still. We will walk through the evocative rows of these century-old vines overlooking the Adige River, nestled between Monte Baldo and the Lessinia mountains.

We will return to the cellar to step into the evocative barrel room.

Inside the elegant tasting room of the Wine Shop, overlooking the inner garden of our Locanda, we will taste four wines, comparing two expressions of the two most representative grape varieties of the Terra dei Forti: Pinot Grigio Rìvoli and Pinot Grigio Macerato Mattj, Enantio Red Point and Enantio Riserva 1865 Pre-Phylloxera.

The tasting will be accompanied by a sample of our own extra virgin olive oil and a selection of local baked specialties: fragrant slices of artisanal bread, classic Valdadige breadsticks from Panificio Zorzi, and savory homemade crostini.
